Cancellation Policy

At Ashwood Collective, we understand that plans can change.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse, for any reason.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible at support@ashwoodcollective.com with your order number.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. If you no longer wish to keep your item after delivery, please refer to our Returns Policy for information on returning eligible items.

Refund Processing

Approved cancellation refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and bank.
