Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 20 days of the order date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned with all original packaging where possible
  • Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Please note that returns are processed through our overseas warehouse and returns facility. Return addresses may vary depending on the product and fulfilment location. Customers must obtain return instructions from our support team before sending any items back.

Returns sent without prior approval may experience delays in processing.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our returns facility.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
